With his first camera, bought in 1974, BetterPhoto instructor William Neill discovered "macro magic" - working in nature's world of the very small. In fact, he often zeroed in on extreme close-ups rather than big landscapes.
Today, he says, "My enthusiasm for macro photography is still alive and well."
