Our team works remotely, so we don't get a chance to catch up in the coffee room or lean over each others cubicles to share a positive story. I've worked with this team for over 6 1/2 years now, and I know they don't need me to be a cheerleader, but it feels good to connect and share.
They might not need it, but it infuses some fun and conversation while we're all "squirrel-ling away" on our keyboards. Since I am an extreme extrovert, I require connection with people to feel refreshed and energized. So, I started sending out a daily email with some fun fact or positive feedback. I call it the "Daily Boost".
Today I was looking at the calendar and realized Denise was in her third week of her new course: Travel and Landscape Photography: Better Photos of Places
I shared a wonderful testimonial in the "Daily Boost". With so much going on, not everyone on our team gets to hear from our customers, and Denise is so modest, I know she would never brag - so I did for her :
Shout out to our newest instructor, Denise Miotke, who's in the midst of her second session of Travel and Landscape Photography: Better Photos of Places. Congratulations Denise, here's what your students are saying about you:

This is one of the best and most organized courses I have taken with BP. I have never had an instructor critique assignments so quickly and efficiently!! I cannot believe that I have had these photos this long without editing or putting them into a book, but you have inspired me with this course. Thank you so much for this creative course, Denise. You are an excellent instructor!
